Located in a main artery of Oporto, this plot had an old 1950’s House with a backyard that was occupied with a warehouse, leaving a small pateo on the back.
To have the full occupancy for the Client’s needs, we had to use as much of the warehouse’s footprint to make the bedrooms and the living area.
