The house originally featured a single story with an attic, accessed by an unsuitable staircase leading to a low compartment. The exterior was adorned with outdated orange and brown tiles, reflecting its dated architecture. Despite its initial shortcomings, the true allure of the house lay in its prime location and immense potential for transformation.
